Cocoon Nebula (IC 5146)

The Cocoon nebula is an emission/reflection nebula approx. 3.9 degrees east of the open cluster M39 in Cygnus.

Exposure RG: 8x5 min, B: 10x5 min. Time did not permit the acquisition of a sufficient number of L frames, so for now it's just a straight RGB image.
