Cederberg Observatory is located in the Cederberg Mountains approx. 200 km north of Cape Town, South Africa (32° 29' 58" S, 19° 15' 10" E, elevation approx. 900 m). It is privately owned and run by a group of amateur astronomers from the Cape Town area.
